before booking.
Sleep near Bromo.
For sunrise, the cleaner option is moving to the Bromo area on 6 July. Otherwise the departure from Trawas needs to be around midnight.
Do not overpack Ijen day.
A pre-dawn hike plus a full snorkeling afternoon sounds good on paper and rough in real life. Keep one recovery option.
Choose one Semarang detour.
Kopeng, Salatiga, Solo and Surabaya in one day is possible, but not relaxed. Pick one proper stop instead of four rushed ones.

Volcano trips need actual prep.
Bromo uses official online booking. Ijen rules can include online tickets and a recent health certificate. Baluran also publishes closure information. Recheck the official pages close to departure.
